TEHRAN (Tasnim) The foreign minister of Iran said Tehran maintains interaction with the European Union in order to have the illegal sanctions lifted.
- Politics news -In a telephone conversation with his Dutch counterpart, Abbas Araqchi highlighted the Islamic Republics responsible approach to settling the challenges and disagreements.
He described the negotiations about Irans peaceful nuclear program, which resulted in the 2015 nuclear deal, as a clear example of Irans commitment to dialogue for resolving disputes.
By considering the past experiences, the Islamic Republic of Iran is still interacting with the three European countries and the European Union for the removal of the illegal sanctions, he stated.
Araqchi also reaffirmed Irans determination to cooperate with the other countries on the basis of mutual respect.
