PanARMENIAN.Net - NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said it was "excellent to be in Yerevan," commenting on the 8th European Political Community summit held in the Armenian capital.
He emphasized the importance of joint efforts in an increasingly complex security environment.
"It was excellent to be in Yerevan at the 8th European Political Community summit, hosted by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
In a more challenging security environment, working together is more important than ever to make our societies stronger and safer. NATO continues to play a key role as the cornerstone of allied security," Rutte wrote on his X microblog.
Earlier, Rutte met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to discuss issues related to cooperation.
